Description:
Dappling seems to show up in several colors such as Palomino, Gray, and Silver Dapple factor horses/ponies. It can be an iridescent circular pattern the same color as the coat color or a lighter to white "eraser" or snowflake pattern. This factor is not at this time recognized by the N.Q.H.R. as a separate color, but as a reorganizing pattern.
